I recently purchased a vehicle that was advertised on the ChangeCars platform through one of its affiliated dealerships. While the vehicle itself met my expectations, the purchasing experience initially did not. After the sale, I encountered several issues that required attention. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the dealership were frustrating. The salesperson, Ivan, blocked me on WhatsApp, and his manager did the same. At that stage, I contacted Mr Michael Pashut from ChangeCars. From my very first interaction with Michael, one statement stood out: "I am a man of my word." Those were not just words—they were demonstrated through action. Within minutes of sending him a message, he responded. His turnaround time was exceptional. Within an hour, I received a call from the Dealer Principal, and we were able to reach a resolution. I immediately informed Michael that the matter had been resolved. Unfortunately, eight days later, despite several assurances from the dealership that the remaining issues would be finalised, nothing had happened. I contacted Michael once again. Within seven minutes, he replied with a simple message: "Someone will contact you now." Two minutes later, I received a call from the dealership's CEO, and within an hour of that conversation, every outstanding issue had been resolved. In today's world, customer service often consists of promises rather than action. Michael proved that he is different. He is not someone who pays lip service—he is genuinely a man of his word. His professionalism, responsiveness, accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect the values that ChangeCars stands for. Out of respect, I have chosen not to identify the dealership publicly. I also believe that a CEO should not ordinarily have to become personally involved in resolving customer concerns. That said, I sincerely appreciate the CEO taking the time to call me directly and ensuring that the matter was resolved efficiently. As ChangeCars and its dealership network continue to grow, my hope is that every dealership embraces the same philosophy demonstrated by Michael: put people before profit. Businesses that place customers at the centre of their operations build lasting trust, stronger relationships and long-term success. Michael Pashut, thank you for restoring my confidence in what excellent customer service looks like. Keep doing what you are doing. There is a saying: "You may not be able to change the whole world, but you can make a difference in one person's life at a time." In my case, you certainly did.
