South Africa has become the first country outside of India to launch the new Mahindra XUV 300 and the price-busting base model lacks little in terms of specification but does put out a challenge to the plethora of Chinese brands in the market.

Rajesh Gupta, CEO of Mahindra South Africa, says: “This Authentic SUV embodies advanced technology while maintaining our commitment to value for South African customers.”

Feedback from customers, including those in South Africa, has been pivotal in shaping the model, evident in its premium features such as black leatherette interiors and a dual 10.25-inch infotainment and digital cluster setup.
